Back to Poli Club Welcome Page | Location About the Poli ClubThe Palace Theater’s Poli Club, named after Sylvester Z. Poli, founder of the Palace Theater, is located on the mezzanine level. Tucked away on the north side of the building, the Poli Club will feature some of the region’s best culinary experiences in an elegant setting with top-shelf liquors. Members also enjoy a first-class wine selection, private restrooms, access to VIP ticketing services, VIP intermission beverage service, VIP parking privileges and excellent networking opportunities. Membership is extended to participants in the Palace Theater’s Corporate Membership program as well as to individuals who make a specific contribution to the Palace Theater’s Annual Operating Fund.
Location The Poli Club can be easily accessed: From the mezzanine lobby: Look for the sign for the Poli Club immediately outside the west hallway of the mezzanine. Follow the hallway to the end where you will be greeted by the Poli Club’s customer service representative. From the box office lobby: The Poli Club can also be accessed off the elevator, located in the box office lobby, to the right of the box office windows. The Poli Club is located on level two (2). Upon exiting the elevator, follow the hallway around to the left, where you will be greeted by the Poli Club’s Host.
Hours of Operation The Poli Club will be open for most evening performances, by reservation only, for dinner. Should the Palace Theater receive fewer than six reservations in an evening, the Poli Club will not open for dinner. The Poli Club will open two hours prior to curtain and will close after intermission. As such we ask that you remember to retrieve all items you have brought with you to the Poli Club, such as a coat, umbrella, etc. . . ., by the end of intermission. Please note that the Palace Theater is not responsible for items left in the Poli Club overnight. Items left can be picked up in the location they are left, during our hours of operation, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Placing a Reservation The Poli Club is open to members for pre-show dining and intermission drinks. The room comfortably seats approximately 50 guests for a sit-down dinner and 200 for cabaret-style cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Whether joining us for pre-show dinner, or just drinks, upon entering the Poli Club you will be asked to verify your membership. We suggest that you check your coats at the main theater coat check, located in the Box Office lobby. Tables will be assigned for patrons joining us for dinner. Tables will be available each time the Poli Club is open, for members joining us for drinks only – no reservation is required. Reservations for dinner in the Poli Club must be received no later than 48 hours in advance of the performance before which you wish to dine.
